Background: Several otolaryngology symptoms are reported with Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). Ascending infection from the nasopharynx can affect conductive part of hearing pathway. which lead to middle ear effusion. Otitis media may be first presentation severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection. Objective: To evaluate function in recovered SARS-COV-2 patients. Also, compare between complaint patient and test results. Patient methods : a case-control study cases controls groups were age gender matched, ages ranging 18 50 years. The both was assessed using tympanometry eustachian tube (ETF). Results: Tympanometry showed statistically significant difference existence abnormal (type C or As) dysfunction ears patients controls. According comparison, there is patient's complaints fullness sense blockage. Conclusions: COVID-19 impairs sick asymptomatic individuals.
